Dialogue Direct - Web or Mail

Direct web or mail surveys are often the most effective way to obtain information from your customers.  Generally the client provides a customer/employee list and Dialogue Direct designs the most cost-effective sampling plan. 

Dialogue Direct undertakes studies with:

A database of over 10,000 households, for nationally representative cross-sections or studies with specific target groups, such as:

·         main grocery shopper

·         teenagers

·         boomers, empty nesters

·         head of household

·         auto maintainer etc.

 The panel is:

·         randomly recruited

·         regularly updated and refreshed

·         complete with full demographic information on all household members

·         accessible via email, mail or telephone on any topic

·         fully geographically representative (urban/rural, all ages, income groups)

·         an opportunity to screen, for later follow-up research
