Since launching Health Care Marketing & Communications in 1996, Karom Group has designed and executed a variety of surveys and marketing research studies for hospitals, community care access centres, foundations, and not-for-profit associations.  We handle all stages of the research process from planning through to final reporting.

 Examples of health related studies:

·         physician, nurse and patient studies to identify key issues surrounding patient safety and assist in development of hospital communication materials

·         community surveys to explore residents' opinions about access to health care

·         physician surveys on recruitment and retention of staff

·         employee surveys to obtain opinions on the workplace environment and divestment of services

·         member surveys to test new products, new service offerings, opinions on funding

·         surveys to obtain the opinions on health care issues e.g. coronary care and wait times
