Scanning (OCR)

Numerix offers 'state of the art' OCR technology for data capture.  Using high speed scanners, coupled with the latest forms based software, we are able to dramatically increase speed while maintaining the accuracy that is so crucial to the industry.  

Automatic form identification eliminates pre-sorting of surveys, with pre- and post-validation to minimize errors and verification.

Our software recognition engines are able to process machine print, check boxes, bar codes and hand print, with language recognition.

Heads-up verification displays only what the software deems 'questionable', based on a complex set of rules and algorithms, to enhance speed.

Output options include ASCII files and the ability to archive the image to an Adobe PDF file.
